TARTE Friends and Family Sale Haul Review and Swatches

So as you all know my sister Jenn LOVES Tarte Cosmetics. I have never ordered directly from the Tarte website. First thing I will say is their shipping is very fast which I loved. So when I saw during the Sephora VIB sale that they were doing a 30% instead of Sephora 15% it was a no brainer that I was going to purchase my Tarte items through their site verses getting them through Sephora. Both of the palettes I purchased I had on my wish list for awhile. So I was so glad to finally get them.

New Wet N Wild Lost in the Wild Flowers Review and Swatches

So of course anytime I step into a Walgreens I have to check out what's new. I saw the New Wet N Wild "Lost in the wild flowers" collection and had to pick up a few items from the new display. Now as I am still trying to be "good" LOL I didn't go crazy. Walgreens had a BOGO at the time I purchased these so I did pick up 4 pieces from the collection. Keeping to the colors that normally fall in my wheel house. 
As mentioned in my video review listed below. I am sharing more up close photos of the items I picked up in this blog. I am in my mid thirties and have Combination oily skin. These

powders lasted a good 12 hours on me with out wearing away.

to see more daily looks and where test of products I am trying.

 

 

These powders are very pigmented and creamy.

SUGGESTION: Tap off your brush, use a good quality brush and

a little goes along way so use a light hand and build from there.

 

The package is sturdy and easy for travel

 

The palette comes with guide cards that will help even the novice

learn to contour like a pro.

 

I know with powders the lighter shades are always harder to see

so I did the swatches 3 ways. On my wrist, on the back of my hand

and on my finger tips.

2016 Spring Sephora VIB Sale Haul including Swatches and New Disney Collection Items

 Sephora Collection Disney Minnie's Inner Glow Luminizing Blush retails for $22

 

This blush is the perfect mix between and highlight and blush.  If MAC's peach blush and Hourglass's Ethereal Lighting Powder had a baby this blush would be the result.

These facial cotton are amazing. Very high quality just one equals five of one of the drugstore brands. Even better, they are so so soft and don't fall apart on your eyes while taking off your make.

The Nubian 12 pan Eyeshadow Palette by Juvia - Review and swatches
